Record Menu: View menu: Show/Hide: AAP Checkbox Column

This option allows you to quickly show the AAP column (the default) to see which boxes are checked for a record, or hide it, to get more space for filling out text.

While in a record or a template:

• Choose View | Show/Hide | AAP Checkbox Column <Ctrl+Alt+C>

The checkboxes in the AAP column are very important for adding identifying attributes to an Authorized Access Point (AAP) for a Work, Expression, Person, Family, or Corporate Body or a Composite Key for a Manifestation or Item, to make the heading unique.

While in a record or a template:

• Choose View | Show/Hide | AAP Checkbox Column <Ctrl+Alt+C>
• This snap shows a record with the AAP Checkbox showing (the default):
