Edit: AAP Checkbox options
This menu is used to change the default for the elements to be included in the Authorized Access Point for the entity that is open or restore the original defaults for that entity; it also provides quick access to the 'Learn about' section on “Using the AAP Checkboxes”
Make default for this entity
Use this option (carefully) to make the currently checked AAP boxes the default for the entity that is open. This allows you to change the default at any time, if you feel it is necessary:
- Choose Edit | Make default for this entity; or <Ctrl+F4>
- Note and acknowledge the changed default
Restore default for this entity
Use this option to restore the original default for the entity that is open:
- Choose Edit | Restore default for this entity
- Note and acknowledge the changed default
