If you wish to add another sub-element to the same element, follow the steps to Add an element above the sub-element.
If the new sub-element should be below the sub-element that was added first, follow the steps to Move an element to put it in the correct place.
In a template: if you would like a new sub-element to always appear for a particular type of record, then add that sub-element in a template—the added sub-element will always appear whenever that template is accessed.
In a record: do NOT add a sub-element to a record; if you do, then that new sub-element will show up as 'undefined' the next time you open the record. Only add a new sub-element to a template, so that the software will know what to do with the data for that sub-element, the next time you access a record that contains that sub-element data.
