There are three requirements of this license

NonCommercial
If you want to use RIMMF in a workshop, webinar, etc., for which you will be paid, please request a waiver. We intend to provide this waiver to any individual who is not using RIMMF in a manner that detracts from our own business of teaching cataloging workshops.
NoDerivs
The RIMMF software may not be changed, transformed, added to or embodied in a work that you have created.
This does not mean that you cannot use RIMMF to create your own RDA templates, records, datasets, etc., and share them, copy them, etc., in any way you want.
Non-profit institutions, schools, etc., that wish to use RIMMF in their RDA training, and to do so, must embed it in a separate distribution package, should request a waiver.
