How to: Customize a Template

You can customize a template by applying the following options to that template:

• Add an Element ; Add a Caption ; Add a Vocabulary
• Move an element/caption/vocabulary
• Copy an element/caption/vocabulary
• Create/Add subproperty of an element/caption/vocabulary
• Delete an element/caption/vocabulary
• Delete only Children of an element/caption/vocabulary
• Add Data

These options allow you to:

• work with record forms that display:
  • only certain elements
  • repeated elements
  • elements in your chosen order
• quickly add constant data to records for a particular type of entity, e.g., large print data; or to a particular batch of records, e.g., manifestation records sharing the same publisher.
