Record Menu: File Menu: Close

To close a record while you are in the record, either“

• use the 'File | Close' menu
• press <Ctrl+W>
• click the [x] box at the top right of the form

If you have made a change to the record, and have not already saved the change(s), confirm, reject, or cancel the Save option:

• Select:
  • Yes: to save the changes ande close the record
  • No: to discard any changes and close the record
  • Cancel: to cancel the 'Close' command
