Record Menu: File Menu: Close all open records

This option works from all records.

If you want to close all of the records that you have open, at once, while in one record:

• Choose File | Close all open records

• All of the open records will close
• If you have made a change to any record, and have not already saved the change(s), confirm, reject, or cancel the Save option:
  • Select:
    • Yes: to save the changes and close the record
    • No: to discard any changes and close the record
    • Cancel: to cancel the 'Close' command
