Main Menu: Tools Menu: Admin: Rebuild EI

This option can be useful when something doesn't look right in your Entity Index (e.g., all punctuation marks have disappeared).

• From the Main Menu:
  • Close any open records or templates
  • Choose Tools | Admin | Rebuild EI

RIMMF will show a warning:

Be aware that once you invoke this option, RIMMF will close and restart, whether you click <OK> or try to close the pop-up window
