Element Name
This is the underlying RIMMF name of the element (you don't really want to look at this, it is not very pretty)
Element Label
This is the official RDA name of the element (or the RIMMF name, if it is not an RDA element)

This is where you fill in data
RDA Rule
This is a link that will jump you directly to the rule number listed in the column, which will tell you:
- what kind of data you can enter for the element (Scope)
- where to find the data (Source)
- how to record the data (Recording …)
Data Entry
This is a brief reminder of how to record the data for this element:
- choose/record: chose a Name, Title, or Term and enter your choice
- choose/record, but … : chose a Name, Title, or Term , but see the rule indicated before entering your choice
- cite: enter the data in a prescribed format
- construct: construct an Authorized Access Point, as per the instructions for the entity
- link: make a link to another entity
- make: make a note, using your own words
- prepare: prepare a description, according to the instructions provided
- provide: make a description, using your own words
- record: enter data that you see on the resource, or find elsewhere, but not necessarily exactly as it is provided
- record, but … : enter data that you see on the resource, or find elsewhere, but not necessarily exactly as it is provided, and see the rule for futher instructions
- reference: make a reference to a related entity, using one of the methods provided in the rule
- system supplied: do nothing, this data is supplied for you
- transcribe: put down what you see
- transcribe, but … : put down what you see, but check the rule provided, for exceptions
- vocab: pick a term from a closed list
- vocab+: pick a term from an open list, or use your own term, if none of the terms provided are sufficient

RDA-Core
This tells us whether RDA says the data for the element is:
- ENH: not core, but can be added if you think it useful
- CORE: must be added if applicable and readily ascertainable (0.6.2)
- COREbut: must be added, but only under specified circumstances (see the rule for details)
- COREif: must be added, but only the first, or only … (see the rule for details)
LCPS-Core
This tells us whether LC PCC PS says the data for the element is:
- ENH: not core, but can be added if you think it useful
- CORE: must be added if applicable and readily ascertainable (0.6.2)
- COREbut: must be added, but only under specified circumstances (see the rule for details)
- COREif: must be added, but only the first, or only … (see the rule for details)
The LC PCC Policy Statements often have us add elements that RDA says are not core, because we need that data for library-specific purposes
TMQ-Core
This tells us whether TMQ/RIMMF says the data for the element is:
- ENH: not core, but can be added if you think it useful
- CORE: must be added if applicable and readily ascertainable (0.6.2)
- COREbut: must be added, but only under specified circumstances (see the rule for details)
- COREif: must be added, but only the first, or only … (see the rule for details)
TMQ sometimes suggests that you add elements that RDA says are not core, because we need that data for library-specific or RIMMF-specific purposes
