Add an Element or Caption to the end of a Record or Template

You have to do a special step to add an element or caption at the end of a record or template, because the typical step of pressing <Insert> to add an element will not apply.

If you want to add something at the end of a record or template, put your cursor in the (parent) element above where you need a new one added, and either:

• Hit <F4> (Append); or
• Right-click on the element options column in the record or template
• Choose <Append>

• Follow the standard steps to add an element or caption to the resulting blank label box as appropriate
