Add an Element or Caption to the end of a Record or Template

Adding an element or caption at the end of a record or template is slightly problematic, because the typical usage of pressing <Insert> to add an element will not apply.

To get around this, use the the right-click menu:

• Right-click the indicator column in the record or template
• Choose <Append>

• Follow the standard steps to add an element or caption to the resulting blank label box as appropriate
