RIMMF ID columns

To create a self-referencing trees structure (like RIMMF) two id columns are needed:

1. a Parent ID
2. a Row ID

Row IDs are simple sequential numbers. The Parent ID is what connects a row to another row in a Parent/Child relationship, thus making the tree visualization possible.

These two columns are not intended for user modification.
