Record: Help menu

At present, this menu contains two items:

The first item, 'Home'. is simply a shortcut that might help you get back to the main screen in RIMMF if the desktop becomes too cluttered with record windows.

The second item is a link to this User guide (a link which is also duplicated on the main RIMMF form).
